WHICH PANNA CAGE MODEL SHOULD I CHOOSE?

WHY DO WE CALL IT A PANNA CAGE?
A cage with a more compact shape is ideal for playing a game of panna football, more and more other game variations are being played in our cages such as hockey, football, basketball, dodgeball etc… but we are quick to call it a panna cage… we like to say multifunctional sports arena.
WHAT ELSE CAN YOU DO WITH A PANNA CAGE?
Street hockey, football, dodgeball, basketball, yoga, tag, volleyball, mini padel and tennis. That’s why we often call our cages multifunctional.
WHAT IS PANNA?
A panna is when you pass the ball between your opponent’s legs.

A safe sports facility to play sports in without the ball flying all over the square or shooting across the road.
WHAT DO YOU DO IN A PANNA CAGE?
Play panna, football, street hockey, basketball, dodgeball, volleyball, mini padel, mini tennis.
ARE THERE ANY SUBSIDY POSSIBILITIES FOR THE PURCHASE OF A PANNA CAGE?
Yes; the NPO funds which the Ministry of Education makes available may be partially invested in a multifunctional sports arena or panna cage. This way we fight against the lack of movement of youth and we offer a workload reduced facility.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TRADITIONAL AND OVAL PANNA CAGES?
A traditional cage is rectangular. The disadvantage of a rectangular shape is that you can corner each other. Also, dirt and leaves always accumulate in corners. Oval and round cages have no corners and support a safer game because you can’t force each other into the corner and this results in a much faster and more dynamic game.
CAN YOU ALSO PLAY HOCKEY IN A PANNA CAGE?

HOW DOES THE INSTALLATION OF A PANNA CAGE WORK?
Some panna cages can be self-installed, can be placed loose or attached to the ground without digging. Of course, our expert installation team is also happy to install your cage on site including securing and installing a sports floor.
IS THE SURFACE IMPORTANT?
Yes! It must be smooth to prevent ankle sprains. Stone, asphalt or concrete are best… it’s even better to finish it with our FastFeetGrinded G3 sports floor. This way we can guarantee a safe game.
WHAT IS THE COST OF A PANNA CAGE?
Depending on the size and fence height and additional extras such as our special circular all-weather sports floor and basketball poles.
HOW MUCH WARRANTY DOES DUTCHPANNA GIVE?
DutchPanna gives 5 and 10 years on the cages and 2 years warranty on all floors. Please check the specific model for more information.

WHAT IS CALISTHENICS?
Calisthenics is a form of strength training in which different exercises are carried out that address the large muscle groups such as running, standing, gripping and pushing.
At DutchPanna® you will find a large assortment of Calisthenics equipment, completely composed according to your wishes. Depending on your needs, we can provide your public space with the right equipment and surfaces.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME OF A CUSTOMIZED PANNA CAGE?
The panna cage is standard galvanised. Optionally, Dutchpanna® produces a coating colour to your liking, on top of the galvanised. This guarantees a superior quality. All RAL colours are possible. The extra lead time is usually about 20 working days.
